Kaalidhar Laapata
ComedyDrama109 min
After overhearing his family’s plan to leave him behind, ageing Kaalidhar slips away and disappears on his own terms. Abhishek Bachchan is Kaalidhar, a man pushed to the margins until an unexpected meeting with the free-spirited Ballu changes the course of his escape. With Daivik Baghela alongside him as Ballu, the two set out to tick through Kaalidhar’s bucket list, turning a quiet act of flight into a wandering, bittersweet adventure. In Hindi, the film balances family hurt, odd-couple companionship, and questions of dignity, memory, and what still feels unfinished.
