Pammal K. Sambandam
ComedyDrama160 min
After Sambandham is injured, a routine operation turns into a disaster when Dr. Janaki accidentally leaves her wristwatch inside his stomach. Kamal Haasan is the exasperated patient at the center of the mistake, while Simran's Janaki is left to face the consequences of a blunder she can't hide. Built around that operating-room mix-up, the film follows the chaos that grows out of one botched surgery, with Abbas and Sneha joining the ensemble around a story that balances slapstick confusion with a thread of romantic drama.
