Austin Abrams is Bryan, a medical courier whose routine delivery is interrupted by a sudden outbreak that turns an ordinary night into a scramble for survival. As panic spreads and infection tears through the city, Bryan is pushed from one dangerous stop to the next, trying to stay ahead of violence, collapse, and whatever has been unleashed. Paul Walter Hauser and Kali Reis are part of the widening crisis around him as the outbreak mutates bodies and overwhelms any sense of order. The setup keeps the focus tight on one man caught in the first wave of disaster.
