In a small Turkish village, two teenage friends spend their days working for a watermelon seller and their nights trying to rebuild a film projector. Remet and Mehmet are drawn as much to ordinary rural routines as to the glow of cinema, chasing the idea that they might one day make films of their own. Fizuli Caferof and Kadir Kaymaz carry the story’s youthful focus, with village life, improvised machinery, and movie-fed ambition all bound up together as the boys try to turn scraps and imagination into something that works.
