Evan Almighty
ComedyFamilyFantasy96 min
Junior congressman Evan Baxter heads to Washington expecting a fresh start, then gets an impossible assignment when God tells him to build an ark before a great flood. Steve Carell is Evan, trying to hold onto his new career and reputation as lumber arrives at his house and animals begin turning up two by two. Morgan Freeman returns as God, turning the biblical setup into a modern-day Noah story full of political embarrassment, domestic upheaval, and a very public construction project.
