Julie is an aspiring actress whose rise to stardom draws her into the film industry’s murkier corners. Raai Laxmi is Julie, an inexperienced young woman whose ambition is tested by compromise and by the men she turns to for love as her profile grows. Just as she begins to reconsider the path she’s on, an offer to star in a political biopic pulls her into another complicated turn, where career choices and personal life become harder to separate. Ravi Kishan and Pankaj Tripathi are among the faces in Julie’s increasingly tangled world.
