Konda Polam

The story

Well-educated but unemployed for four years, a young man heads into the Nallamala forest with his father to take part in konda polam, the traditional work of herding sheep through rough, isolated terrain. Panja Vaisshnav Tej is the son, pulled out of stalled city life and into a landscape that demands endurance and attention, while Sai Chand's father carries the knowledge of the route and the labor behind it. Rakul Preet Singh appears within that world as the forest journey pushes him toward a different sense of purpose and belonging.
