Elysium

ActionAdventureDramaSci-FiThriller109 min

On a ruined future Earth, Matt Damon is Max, a desperate worker who takes a dangerous mission that could get him to Elysium, the pristine space station where the wealthy live above the planet’s overcrowded streets. Jodie Foster’s hard-line government official is determined to keep Earth’s residents out and protect Elysium’s closed borders at any cost. As Max is pushed into a race for his own survival, the story moves between factory floors, immigration crackdowns, and the polished world in orbit, where access to safety, health, and power is reserved for a select few.
