The Cool Surface

The story

A man is pulled into a dangerous affair where desire, jealousy, and suspicion keep shifting the ground under him. What begins as an intimate connection turns into a trap as secrets surface, loyalties blur, and every encounter carries the sense that someone is manipulating the game. Robert Patrick and Teri Hatcher are at the center of a story that keeps tightening around obsession and mistrust. As the relationship grows more unstable, the threat is no longer just heartbreak but the possibility that attraction itself is being used as a weapon. Under Erik Anjou’s direction, the film stays focused on the pressure between its characters and the danger building beneath the surface.
