When the Mist Clears

DramaRomance102 min

Isabella is a distant, angry young woman still marked by the death of her Italian mother, who died of cancer when Isabella was 13. Her British father Frank has spent the years since buried in work and leaving others to care for her, until his second wife Claudia persuades him to leave the city and spend a month offline at a remote country estate in Italy. Gena Miller and Christian Howard anchor the family at the story’s center as the retreat brings old grief, years of neglect, and Frank’s painful secret closer to the surface.
