Wick Is Pain
Documentary127 min
Keanu Reeves and director Chad Stahelski retrace how John Wick moved from a precarious independent film to a major action franchise, using behind-the-scenes footage captured on and off set over more than a decade. Drawing on archive material and new interviews, the documentary charts the creative, financial, and personal obstacles that nearly stopped the first movie before it found its footing. Reeves and Stahelski are joined by collaborators including Halle Berry and Scott Adkins, with the focus on stunt work, fight design, and the filmmaking choices that shaped the series.
