Let Him Go

CrimeDramaThrillerWestern113 min

After the death of their son, Margaret and George Blackledge leave their Montana ranch and head into the Dakotas to retrieve their young grandson from the family he has been taken into. Diane Lane's Margaret refuses to let the child disappear, while Kevin Costner is George, a retired sheriff who knows just how dangerous the situation could become. Their search leads them to Blanche Weboy (Lesley Manville), the iron-willed matriarch of an off-the-grid clan that has no intention of giving the boy up, turning private grief into a confrontation between two families.
