Leave No Trace

ActionAdventureDrama110 min

Ben Foster's veteran father and Thomasin McKenzie's teenage daughter have built a careful life off the grid in the woods of Forest Park near Portland, keeping contact with the outside world to a minimum. When they're discovered by authorities, that private routine gives way to social workers, temporary housing, and an unsettled search for somewhere they can stay. Moving through Oregon and Washington, the story stays close to the bond between them as outside systems press in and the girl's sense of what a home might be begins to widen.
