After a masked veteran is murdered in an alternate 1985 America, outlawed vigilante Rorschach begins tracing a plot that may be aimed at every costumed hero left alive. Jackie Earle Haley’s Rorschach drives the investigation, with Patrick Wilson and Malin Akerman among the former allies pulled back into a world of government crackdowns, secret identities, and old betrayals. As the group reunites, Cold War tensions with the Soviet Union and the ever-present threat of nuclear war turn one killing into something much larger.
