Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again

ComedyMusicalRomance120 min

Five years after meeting her three fathers, Amanda Seyfried’s Sophie is preparing to open her mother’s hotel on the Greek island of Kalokairi while facing a turning point in her own life. The film moves between Sophie’s present and 1979, where Lily James is a young Donna Sheridan, arriving on the island and meeting the three men who could each be Sophie’s biological father. As the story folds past into present, familiar faces from Donna’s circle reappear, including Christine Baranski and Julie Walters, with ABBA songs carrying both timelines.
