The Man with the Golden Gun

ActionAdventureThriller125 min

James Bond is sent after the Solex Agitator, a stolen device that can turn the sun’s heat into a weapon, and the trail leads him to Francisco Scaramanga, a contract killer with a golden pistol and a seven-figure fee. Roger Moore is Bond here, moving through Hong Kong and Thailand as MI6 closes in on the missing technology. At his side is Mary Goodnight (Britt Ekland), while Christopher Lee’s Scaramanga brings a measured calm to Bond’s deadliest counterpart. Their pursuit leads to the assassin’s island hideout, where espionage gives way to a private duel and an elaborate maze built for the final encounter.
