In Uncle Phil (James Avery), Aunt Vivian, cousins Hilary, Carlton, and Ashley, and their sharp-tongued British butler Geoffrey, he lands in a household where streetwise habits keep colliding with country-club polish. Much of the comedy comes from Will needling preppy Carlton, upsetting family routines, and bringing a very different energy into the Banks home, while the show keeps one eye on how this outsider slowly becomes part of the family.
