The Bling Ring

CrimeDrama90 min

In Los Angeles, a crew of fame-obsessed teenagers uses the internet to track celebrities’ whereabouts, then breaks into their homes to steal designer clothes, cash, and a piece of the lifestyle they idolize. Katie Chang and Israel Broussard are at the center of the group, with Emma Watson among the friends pulled into the spree. Written and directed by Sofia Coppola, the film follows the robberies as they move from thrill and imitation into tabloid spectacle, keeping its focus on adolescent drift, luxury brands, and a city where fame can look close enough to grab.
