City Island
ComedyDrama104 min
On City Island in the Bronx, corrections officer Vince Rizzo keeps two lives running at once: family man at home, aspiring actor in secret. Andy Garcia is Vince, whose decision to bring a young ex-con into the Rizzo house starts loosening the lies everyone else has been keeping too. Julianna Margulies’ Joyce has a hidden life of her own, and the Rizzo children aren’t much more honest about their jobs, crushes, or ambitions. The story stays close to the family’s crowded home, where small deceptions, half-truths, and private fantasies keep colliding.
