The Perfect Neighbor
CrimeDocumentaryDramaThriller96 min
Police bodycam footage traces a long-running dispute between neighbors in Ocala, Florida, that ends with the killing of Ajike Owens. Through repeated officer visits to the same street, Owens and Susan Lorincz emerge at the center of an escalating pattern of complaints, confrontations, and harassment. The documentary rebuilds the timeline from those recordings, showing how fear, prejudice, and Florida’s Stand Your Ground law shaped what happened before and after the shooting.
