The Wicker Man

HorrorMysteryThriller102 min

A police officer is drawn to a remote island community after a young girl disappears, and what should be a search quickly turns into a maze of secrecy and ritual. The women who run the island close ranks, offering half-answers and treating his questions like an intrusion. As he pushes deeper into the village's strict beliefs and strange ceremonies, every lead seems to point in two directions at once: toward the missing child and toward a larger design he does not understand. Nicolas Cage is at the center of the investigation as suspicion, isolation, and dread build, and the island itself begins to feel like a trap.
