A Dog's Journey
ActionAdventureComedyDramaFamilyFantasy120 min
Bailey, the dog voiced by Josh Gad, is living on Ethan’s Michigan farm when Dennis Quaid’s Ethan asks for one last promise: look after his granddaughter CJ, even if Bailey has to come back in another life to do it. After CJ is taken away by her mother Gloria, Bailey’s soul returns in a series of new dogs, repeatedly crossing paths with the girl as she grows from child to young woman. Kathryn Prescott is the older CJ, with Henry Lau as her close friend Trent, while the story keeps its focus on family ties and Bailey’s determination to stay near the people he loves.
