In early 1980s India, a team of con artists poses as CBI and Income Tax officers, conducting fake raids to rob businessmen and politicians of their hidden cash. Akshay Kumar is one of the crew’s key operators, working alongside Anupam Kher as the gang turns official authority into its cover. Their targets are chosen carefully, their entrances look legitimate, and each job depends on staying one step ahead of the real investigators. When the group sets up a final, larger heist, Manoj Bajpayee’s relentless officer begins closing in on the pattern behind the raids.
