Badhaai Do
ComedyCrimeDramaRomance147 min
Under pressure to marry, Shardul (Rajkummar Rao), a gay police officer, and Bhumi Pednekar’s Suman, a lesbian school PT teacher, strike a deal: a husband-and-wife arrangement that keeps both families off their backs. The plan looks simple on paper, but sharing a home, managing suspicious relatives, and protecting the relationships they’re keeping secret quickly turns the match into a balancing act. Badhaai Do follows their lavender marriage through domestic comedy, awkward family rituals, and the messier questions that surface once a fake relationship starts affecting the people around it.
