Looper

ActionAdventureCrimeDramaSci-FiThriller119 min

In 2044, Joe makes his living as a looper, a hired gun who kills targets the mob sends back from the future for disposal in the past. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is Joe, a young assassin whose routine collapses when the man dropped in front of him is his own older self. Bruce Willis’s future Joe refuses to go quietly, turning a clean job into a chase that bends back on itself. Rian Johnson builds the story out of underworld rules, near-future decay, and the collision between two versions of the same man who no longer want the same thing.
