Rumble in the Bronx
ActionAdventureComedyCrimeDramaThriller106 min
Keong comes from Hong Kong to the Bronx for his uncle’s wedding and winds up defending the family market from neighborhood troublemakers. Jackie Chan is the visiting nephew, helping out while his uncle is away on his honeymoon when street harassment turns into repeated clashes with a local gang. Keong also befriends a kid from the neighborhood, which pulls him further into the chaos around the store. Elaine (Anita Mui), the market’s new owner, is caught in the same escalating mess as one of the gang’s petty crimes opens the door to a much larger criminal situation.
