Take the Trash

Comedy85 min

Thure Lindhardt is Jesper Jensen, a successful IT salesman whose arrogance and habit of backstabbing his way to the top finally blow up the life he has carefully arranged. After losing everything, he’s sentenced to community service at a recycling center, where Dion, Theodor, Lotte, and the rest of the crew are people he wants nothing to do with. Jesper arrives certain he’s above them, but the job forces him into close quarters with a group whose blunt honesty cuts through his polished image. The comedy builds from that collision between status, shame, and everyday work in Denmark.
