Tom Hanks is Beckett, determined to bring a discrimination case against the firm that cast him out. Denzel Washington’s Joe Miller, a personal-injury lawyer and former courtroom rival, agrees to take the suit, forcing both men into a legal fight shaped by fear, bias, and the city’s entrenched power structure.
