As a bizarre police pursuit tears through Los Angeles, camera phones come out everywhere: gawkers, teens, and opportunists all trying to capture the next clip before it spreads online. The chase around a deranged ice cream truck becomes the thread connecting this found-footage anthology, where each recording opens onto stranger, bloodier corners of the city. Patrick Lawrie and Emilia Ares are among the faces swept into the scramble for attention, with the story jumping between linked segments built from handheld cameras, uploads, and chaotic street footage.
