Tammy

ComedyRomance97 min

After wrecking her car, losing her burger-joint job, and finding her husband with the neighbor, Tammy heads for the road with the only person willing to bankroll the escape: her hard-drinking grandmother, Pearl. Melissa McCarthy is Tammy, a woman whose bad day keeps spiraling, while Susan Sarandon's Pearl brings the car, the cash, and a determined wish to see Niagara Falls. What starts as a getaway turns into a bumpy grandmother-granddaughter trip, with family tension, bad choices, and run-ins with strangers along the way, including turns from Kathy Bates and Allison Janney.
