Nights in Rodanthe

DramaRomance97 min

Adrienne heads to North Carolina’s Outer Banks to look after a friend’s inn while she weighs whether to return to her unhappy marriage. Diane Lane is Adrienne, stretched thin by family conflict and a husband asking to come home. When the inn’s only guest turns out to be Richard Gere’s Paul Flanner, a doctor traveling to make peace with his estranged son after a crisis of conscience, a storm leaves the two sharing an empty house in Rodanthe. As the weather closes in, their weekend together becomes a meeting point for two people carrying separate grief, guilt, and unfinished family lives.
