The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

ActionAdventureCrimeDramaMysteryThriller147 min

After surviving a gunshot to the head, Lisbeth Salander is confined to a Swedish hospital, under police guard and headed for trial on attempted murder charges. Noomi Rapace is Lisbeth, fighting to clear her name while old secrets and powerful enemies close in. At the same time, Michael Nyqvist's Mikael Blomkvist digs into the case through Millennium magazine, working with his colleagues to uncover what links the charges against Salander to her past. As the investigation widens, the film shifts between hospital room, newsroom, and courtroom, with corruption inside the system at the center of the case.
