Twenty Five Twenty One

DramaRomance75 min per episode

In 1998, as South Korea reels from the financial crisis, five young people try to hold on to their plans for the future. A determined teenage fencer refuses to give up her sport even as her school team is cut, while a young man from a fallen wealthy family takes whatever work he can as his life is abruptly scaled down. Their paths cross at the point where ambition, first love, and bad timing keep colliding. As the years move forward, friendships shift, romance deepens, and each choice pulls them toward adulthood in ways they did not expect. Kim Tae-ri and Nam Joo-hyuk lead a story that follows those lives from youth into the years after.
