Charlie Sheen is Topper, at the center of a Rambo-sized send-up where every briefing, firefight, and macho pose gets pushed into parody. Lloyd Bridges joins the chaos, and Valeria Golino is back as the film turns military heroics into slapstick, deadpan one-liners, and increasingly absurd battlefield gags.
