A stolen imperial diamond hidden in Russia sends agents Donna and Nicole into another mission, with Dona Speir’s Donna paired again with Roberta Vasquez’s Nicole as they race to recover the Alexa diamond before their old enemy closes in. Martin Kane (Geoffrey Moore), an international arms dealer with his own designs on the jewel, turns the search into a string of confrontations, ambushes, and shifting loyalties. Built around the series’ undercover-operatives setup, the film mixes spy-movie plotting with crime intrigue, romance, and Andy Sidaris’s trademark fondness for glossy action and explosive set pieces.
