Reminiscence
MysteryRomanceSci-FiThriller116 min
In a near-future Miami half claimed by rising seas, Hugh Jackman is Nicolas Bannister, a veteran who lets clients relive their memories through a machine built for longing and obsession. His careful routine shifts when Mae (Rebecca Ferguson) comes to him looking for something she lost, and their connection quickly turns personal. When another client’s memories link Mae to a string of violent crimes, Nick starts combing through other people’s pasts — and his own — to find out who she is and what happened to her. Romance, murder, and speculative noir all run through the story’s flooded streets and dim memory chambers.
