Cry Macho
DramaWestern104 min
In 1979, former rodeo star Mike Milo is hired by an ex-boss to cross into Mexico and bring the man’s young son back to Texas. Clint Eastwood is Milo, now a worn-down horse breeder, with Eduardo Minett as the boy he’s been sent to collect. Forced onto the backroads for the trip north, the two move through small towns and border country while Milo tries to keep the job from coming apart. Dwight Yoakam is the father waiting in the United States, the one who set the uneasy arrangement in motion.
