The Specialist

ActionAdventureCrimeDramaThriller110 min

Still fixated on the mobsters who killed her parents when she was a child, Sharon Stone's May Munro hires a retired explosives expert to strike back. Sylvester Stallone is Ray Quick, the bomb specialist she brings in to kill the men responsible for her family's murder. The plan gets more dangerous when Quick's embittered former partner Ned Trent (James Woods) is assigned to protect one of the targets, setting off a cat-and-mouse fight between two men with a long history. Eric Roberts and Rod Steiger figure into the organized-crime circle at the center of May's revenge.
