Mysterious Skin

Drama108 min

Years after a summer in 1981, two former Little League teammates are still living with the aftermath of what happened to them as boys. Joseph Gordon-Levitt's Neil has drifted to New York and survives as a teenage hustler, while Brady Corbet is Brian, an isolated young man obsessed with the five hours he lost one rainy night and convinced he was abducted by aliens. When Brian reaches back into their shared past, the story links their lives through repression, sexual abuse, and the fragile work of remembering.
