A monumental traffic jam hangs over a Swedish city as the film moves from one inhabitant to the next, linking their lives through a chain of surreal, disconnected vignettes. Lars Nordh and Stefan Larsson are part of a large ensemble drifting through scenes of stalled business, public ritual, private panic, and everyday absurdity. Quotations from Peruvian poet César Vallejo surface throughout, threading literary fragments into a fractured view of modern life, where cult-like gatherings, religious imagery, and creeping instability sit alongside the ordinary routines of the city.
