Dracula 2000

ActionAdventureFantasyHorrorThriller99 min

A crew of techno-savvy thieves cracks a high-security vault expecting art and instead uncovers a crypt that’s been sealed for 100 years, unleashing Dracula into modern-day New Orleans. Gerard Butler is the revived count, moving through the city as he closes in on Mary Heller, the daughter of his old enemy. Christopher Plummer’s Abraham Van Helsing has spent years keeping Dracula imprisoned, and once that crypt is opened, their long feud spills into the 21st century. The film threads classic vampire lore through a high-tech break-in, street fights, and a heavy streak of Christian mythology.
