A Love Story from the Streets
Drama105 min
In Detroit, Grace Sol is Kenya, a young woman trying to keep her family afloat while caring for her drug-addicted mother, a situation that pulls her into the world of underground strip parties. When she gets involved with Daniel Jeffries’ Reno, a neighborhood dealer looking for a way out of street life, their plans run headfirst into the demands of the drug trade. Rick (Xavier Martin) has no interest in letting a cocaine partnership end after taking on two kilos from New York kingpin Brick, and Kenya and Reno are left navigating love, loyalty, and mounting danger around them.
