When a mysterious force knocks the moon out of orbit and sends it skimming toward Earth, NASA executive and former astronaut Jo Fowler sees the threat before most of the world does. Halle Berry is Jo, trying to convince officials there may still be a way to stop a collision as flooding and panic spread below. The only people who believe her are Brian Harper, an astronaut from her past, and K.C. Houseman (John Bradley), a conspiracy theorist whose warnings suddenly don’t sound so wild. Their search for answers pushes the crisis from collapsing life on Earth toward a last-ditch mission into space.
