A group of young people discover they are the next step in human evolution, linked by psionic abilities that let them communicate telepathically, move objects, and slip through space. For Stephen, the change begins with strange blackouts and voices that make him fear he is losing control, until he finds others like him living in secret. As he learns what these powers can do, he is pulled between the hidden community that wants to protect its own and the forces hunting them down. Robbie Amell and Peyton List are among the young telepaths trying to survive long enough to understand what they are becoming.
