A priest (Carlo De Mejo) arrives at a convent rocked by murders and reports of possession, where every sign of the supernatural may also be covering for an older secret. Franca Stoppi is a commanding presence among the nuns as suspicion moves from the chapel to the corridors, and the investigation keeps circling back to what the convent wants hidden. Religious ritual, accusations, and sudden violence drive the story, keeping the devil in view without settling whether the evil at work is supernatural or human.
