The Chase
ActionAdventureComedyCrimeRomanceThriller97 min
Jack Hammond breaks out after a life sentence, grabs a wealthy heiress as a hostage, and takes off in her BMW, pulling police cars, news vans, and TV helicopters into the pursuit. Charlie Sheen is Jack, a convict whose desperate run for the Mexican border turns into wall-to-wall live television once the media realizes who’s in the passenger seat. Kristy Swanson’s heiress is the daughter of one of the richest men in the state, which only makes the chase bigger, stranger, and more public as it barrels across California.
