After a failed move to Winnipeg, Paul heads back to Grouse Lake First Nation, the fly-in community he once tried to leave, and lands again in the middle of his eccentric family. Paul Rabliauskas is the reluctant returnee, adjusting to home after his plans in the city fall apart. Roseanne Supernault and Gabriel Daniels are part of the family-and-community circle waiting for him in Northern Manitoba, where familiar faces, shared history, and close quarters make his return impossible to keep private.
