Deok-hoon falls for In-ah because she loves football as much as he does, and their whirlwind romance soon leads to marriage. Kim Ju-hyuk's Deok-hoon enters married life expecting the usual version of happily ever after, while Son Ye-jin gives In-ah an easy confidence and a streak of independence that keeps him off balance. The relationship takes an abrupt turn when In-ah announces that she wants to marry another man as well, forcing Deok-hoon to confront a marriage that no longer fits the rules he thought they shared.
