Emilio is a shy, not especially brilliant student at a humble local secondary school who finally works up the nerve to confess his feelings for Natalia, only to learn she’s leaving for Oxford on a medicine scholarship. Mario Casas is Emilio, and Amaia Salamanca’s Natalia is the standout classmate he’s been quietly pining for. Refusing to let the distance end his chances, Emilio and his dropout friends fake the qualifications they need to follow her to England, turning an orderly university campus into the scene of one reckless scheme after another.
