Perfect Days
Drama124 min
Koji Yakusho is Hirayama, a Tokyo public toilet cleaner whose days follow a fixed routine of work, cassette tapes, books, and photographs of trees. Wim Wenders stays close to the details of that life — early mornings, quiet drives, careful cleaning, and time spent noticing the city around him. When unexpected encounters begin to break the pattern, including meetings with figures played by Tokio Emoto and Aoi Yamada, Hirayama starts to see his familiar world a little differently.
